1. Standard Hardy Power Solutions terms and conditions of sale apply.
2. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Credit card purchases are subject to processing fees.
3. Equipment model and manufacturer is subject to change.
4. Applicable taxes will be charged unless proof of current tax-exempt certificates and licenses is provided.
5. Shipments and deliveries are subject to the approval of Hardy Power Solutions credit department. Full or partial payment in advance may be required. Hardy Power Solutions reserves the right to hold shipment and deny pick-up of equipment for past due accounts.
6 .All items are subject to prior sale.
7. Equipment will not be held without a valid purchase order.
8. Free delivery service available depending on order size, destination and route loads. Contact us to discuss delivery schedule and availability.
9. Free delivery service area is defined by Hardy Power Solutions and is subject to change.
10. Free delivery service may not be available at all times. Hardy Power Solutions reserves the right to limit or discontinue this service on a temporary or permanent basis.
11. Hardy Power Solutions is not responsible for the cost of alternate means of delivery or pick-up if delivery service is unavailable.
12. Orders shipped from the warehouse will be sent via UPS or common carrier. Freight charges will be added to the order invoice. Customer is responsible to inspect shipments for damage and file claims with the carrier.
13. Equipment may be returned only with prior approval by Hardy Power Solutions and is subject to restocking fees.
14. Returned product must be in new condition and in undamaged original packaging.
15. Return freight charges must be pre-paid. Freight collect shipments will be refused.
16. Manufacturers standard warranty applies to all products. Hardy Power Solution is not responsible for costs incurred replacing parts or equipment under warranty.
